Holiday Card Exchange

So far we have received 10 cards in our card exchange. These have come from many different places such as California, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Iowa, Maryland and many more!! We are excited at how our bulletin board is beginning to fill up. It's also very interesting to read the information each class provides us.

Holiday Card Exchange

Our class is participating in a holiday card exchange. We made 29 cards and have sent them to 29 different schools throughout the United States (and 1 school in Winnipeg). In return, we will receive 29 holiday cards - one from each of the schools we sent to. We currently have a bulletin board in our hallway showing where we are receiving the cards.

Buddies

Today we read to our grade 1 buddies. Students chose a few Christmas themed books and spent time reading and discussing stories with their buddies. It's awesome to see how involved students are when working with each other.
